Do you offer customization or personalization options?

- Some of our products may offer customization or personalization options. Please check the product description or contact our customer service team for more information on customization availability and requirements.

How do I care for my KotiSutra product?

- To ensure the longevity of your product, we recommend following the care instructions provided on the product label or packaging. Generally, most of our items can be hand washed or machine washed on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Avoid harsh chemicals and excessive heat when caring for your items to preserve their quality and appearance.

What is your return and exchange policy? 

- Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy section for detailed information on our policies regarding returns, exchanges, and defective or damaged items.

Do you provide COD?

- Currently we do not provide COD facility. We are working on it and planning to launch COD option soon. Stay tuned or subscribe to our mailing list for updates.

How can I track my order? 

- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery online through the carrier's website or tracking portal.
